Congregation Beth El—Tribute Form

Tribute funds are designed to maintain the programs of the synagogue. There is a minimum charge of $10.00 per tribute (Your donation amount remains confidential). Please consider making a tribute to honor or thank someone, to memorialize a Yahrzeit, or to wish speedy recovery to someone who is ill.

E Commerce is in the development stage and will soon be available. In the interim, please complete the PDF form and bring or mail it to the synagogue office along with your check made payable to Congregation Beth El. Please make sure you include all the required information. Please note that the form is one page with the various funds listed on page two (click here for PDF Funds Form). Merely list the selected fund(s) on page one when submitting.

An alternative for congregation members is to contact the Administrative Assistant Shirley Yaffa (syaffa@bethelsnj.org) with the appropriate information and the donation amount will be charged to your account.
