Teen Shabbat

Teens are always welcome to participate in the Main Sanctuary service, but once a month our USY teen youth group organizes a service just for teens led by teens from 10:00am - 12:00pm in the Beit Midrash. Our USY advisor, Chaim Respes, facilitates, but the service is truly in the hands of our students.

At the teen service, the students lead the prayers, Torah service, and learning! The service varies depending on what the leaders and participants plan for any given Shabbat, but from prayers, to games, to stories, our teens always provide a fun and uplifting service for their peers. The service is usually Shabbat mornings, but occasionally the teens plan a Havdalah service to enjoy the beauty of Havdalah.
